TurfOps is priced per site per month. Field seats are free and unlimited, so every greenkeeper, operator and driver on the contract can use it without changing the bill.
How the pricing works
- Per site, per month
You pay for the ground you look after. A site is one property under management: a golf course, an estate, a commercial landscape or a construction site.
- Field seats are free and unlimited
Every greenkeeper, operator and driver signs in with a four digit PIN at no charge. There is no cap and no per head cost on the people doing the work.
- Full seats are limited by tier
Full seats are the admin and management accounts: the people running budgets, compliance registers, fleet records and reporting. Each tier includes a number of them.
A maintenance operation is a handful of managers and hundreds of field staff. Per user pricing punishes exactly the people who generate the data, so the field is free and the site is what you pay for.

Why are there no prices on this page?
Because pricing is not finalised. Publishing a number we have not agreed would be worse than publishing none: it sets an expectation we may not be able to hold. Ask us and you will get a real figure for your operation rather than a guess.
What counts as a site?
One property under management. A golf course, an estate, a commercial landscape or a construction site. A 36 hole property managed as one operation is one site. Two courses run under separate contracts are two.
Do field workers cost anything?
No. Field seats are free and unlimited on every tier. Greenkeepers, operators and drivers sign in with a four digit PIN, and adding more of them never changes the bill.
What does onboarding involve?
Course geometry setup so your holes and zones are drawn from real boundaries, migration of your existing asset and chemical records, and configuration of your divisions and roles. It is assisted rather than self serve, which is why there is no signup button.
Is there a free trial?
Not a self serve one. Because setup involves mapping your ground and migrating your records, we start with a conversation about your operation rather than a credit card form. Request access and we will take it from there.
