Several sites, multiple divisions, a large field workforce and equipment that moves between properties. Single site clubs can use TurfOps, but every decision in it is made for the multi site operator.

The business of running a maintenance contract and the daily work of keeping ground alive have never spoken the same language. One lives in month end and board meetings, the other in a group chat and a stack of spreadsheets. TurfOps puts both in the same place, on a map of the actual ground rather than in a list of job numbers.

Site boundaries, holes and zones are real geospatial geometry rather than pins dropped on a road, and the mapping is free and open rather than a licensed commercial basemap. The field app was designed first, not last: it signs a greenkeeper in on a four digit PIN, keeps working with no signal, and syncs when coverage returns.

South Africa. TurfOps is developed and hosted for South African operations, with Act 36 compliance built into the chemical register rather than bolted on afterwards. It is in early access with maintenance operations across the country.
